Indian report: Continental Europe, the last hurdle taken by Indian vendors

Our research shows that the Continental European market is crucial for Indian outsourcing vendors in their growth to global service delivery. The main reason for this is the growing demand for outsourcing on the continent, which follows the tracks of the US and the UK. In addition the survey comes to the conclusion that Indian outsourcing vendors are a good alternative for Western companies. Quint India interviewed 23 Indian IT and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) vendors for this research.

IT Performance Starts with the Business

This report presents the latest developments on IT Performance market both in Benelux and the rest of the world. The survey itself was completed by 64 decision makers in IT, both business and IT managers. Additionally, interviews were held with executives with experience in IT Performance to gather more qualitative information. The total number of employees of the participating companies ranged from 100 to more than 10.000. IT budgets of the participating companies ranged from less than € 50.000 to more than € 200 million. Outside the Benelux 43 executives participated, mainly originating from the rest of Europe, Asia and South America.

In collaboration with the financial and economic weekly magazine Trends, Quint has conducted an in-depth study among Chief Information Officers (CIO) and board members of the top 200 companies in Belgium and Luxembourg. During the study all management priorities were assessed concerning Information Systems (IS) in selected companies for the next two years. The focus of the study was not on technological trends, but on the interface of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) and business management.
